Join us for 90 minutes that will warm your soul: a 60-minute yoga nidra session of guided relaxation immersed in the vibration of a sound bowls, followed by 30 minutes of tea and time to connect with your fellow female neighbours. Yoga mat, bolster, blanket, cushion, and eye pillow will be provided.

An hour of yoga nidra is said to be as restful as four hours of sleep. Other benefits:
